“A Simple Ask”

The eBuilt national advertising campaign was created by Standard Practice and developed in partnership with director Spencer Creigh and director of photography Dustin Lane. Television, radio, social media and billboard advertising promote the message that eBuilt homeowners can save up to 50% on their annual energy bills. The campaign commercial, “A Simple Ask,” communicates the assurance that with eBuilt homes, the desire for attainable homeownership is within reach.

Myles Rigg, partner and creative director at Standard Practice, says, “Homeownership has become so out of reach that few people can afford to buy a home these days. This issue affects everyone – from teachers and blue-collar workers to lawyers and tech professionals. With this campaign, we wanted to show that having a place to call home is a fundamental need, and eBuilt offers a viable solution to tackle this need directly.”
