Nearly ten years ago, Clayton Home Building Group® had a vision to partner with traditional home builders to meet the growing demand for affordable, quality housing. The search began to builders who build beautiful homes and believe in our values of a world-class team member experience and homeowner happiness.
In 2015, Home Building Group partnered with Chafin Communities® in Atlanta to form Clayton Properties Group. Today, we stand united with nine home builders across the country whose shared purpose is Opening doors to a better life through attainable home ownership.

Arbor Homes
In 1994, Curtis Rector founded Arbor Homes® to build great neighborhoods and deliver quality homes at affordable prices, allowing families to celebrate life’s best moments. Today, Arbor is Indiana’s largest home builder with communities throughout the greater Indianapolis area.

Chafin Communities

With roots dating back to 1808, Goodall Homes® is one of the largest homebuilders in Middle Tennessee with homes in Nashville, Knoxville, Huntsville, and Southern Kentucky. Every Goodall home features pride in craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail and personal commitment to homeowners.
