At Clayton, we ask new homeowners for feedback and use the Net Promoter Score® (NPS®) system, a brand loyalty metric, to perpetually gauge how we’re doing and identify where we can improve. We listen to the voices of our customers, and they rank us as world-class, with a 64 net promoter score.
