Opening Doors Magazine Fall 2021, Clayton Home Building Group’s® Lifestyle Magazine for Homeowners

In a move designed to inspire change, spread Happyness® and connect homebuyers to the housing industry, Opening Doors is Clayton Home Building Group’s® digital and print lifestyle magazine. With thoughtfully curated content, Opening Doors explores the stories of Clayton team member experiences, environmentally conscious building methods, philanthropy, tips and more, while celebrating homeownership through design advice, culinary discoveries, travel adventures and seasonal trends.

“Opening Doors was created to help connect our homebuyers to their home builder,” says Clayton Home Building Group’s® President, Keith Holdbrooks. “Each of our Team Members is deeply committed to the homes we build and the customers we serve, and our intention with our lifestyle magazine is to help our customers cultivate a sense of home while feeling inspired.”

Launched in fall 2021, each issue is complete with an Open Season section, dedicated as a one-stop guide for what to do, see and enjoy that season. Readers can find topics from curating a DIY pumpkin display, affordable and fun ways to beat the heat, to all-American road trips in every region.

The Happyness® at Home section offers advice, trends and design tips to making the most out of the homeowner’s space. Seasonal décor, the perfect positioning for a potted plant, accenting a wall, and creating a work-from-home space are just some of the many topics covered.

The Features section covers stories that explore Clayton’s philanthropy efforts, seasonal recipes and journeys to homeownership. Readers will also find Clayton Team Member experiences, like Clayton Supply’s Amanda Hill and her journey into motherhood.

Within the final pages of each issue, readers will get a glimpse into the wide variety of Clayton Built® Homes in the Have It Made section.
