    The Sales Manager In Training program is an immersive process designed to provide the building blocks for becoming a subject matter expert across all facets of Clayton Home Building Group® . Our sales organization’s strategic focus is to earn trust, provide unparalleled value and foster customer success, elements critical to performing well in a Customer Success Manager role.
