National Recognition

Top Workplace rankings are determined solely by employee feedback gathered through the Energage employee engagement survey. More than 2,200 companies participated nationwide, and honorees were chosen based on the results of surveys taken over 12 months in 2023.

Mungo Homes has been twice recognized at the state level as a Top Workplace. This is the first time Mungo has appeared in the national ranking.

Prioritizing Company Culture

Mungo’s caring, family-oriented team member culture is reflected in this recognition.

“Company culture comes first for us. It is non-negotiable,” says chief executive officer Steven Mungo. We provide an environment where team members can flourish, be successful, and feel part of a family. This recognition is proof that we don’t just ‘talk the talk.’ It brings me such joy to come to work every day and be among like-minded people who focus on our mission ‘To serve so that others are empowered to thrive,’ whether it’s serving a fellow team member, a buyer, or our community at large.”
