Clayton Home Building Group's 18-to-24-week Manager In Training Program helps enthusiastic and driven managers-in-training develop into strong professionals. By combining business strategy with coaching, mentoring and on-the-job training, you'll cultivate action-oriented leadership skills that will open doors to career opportunities in Clayton Home Building Group.
Internship Program
Internship Program
Clayton Home Building Group's 12-week Internship Program helps college students transform their ambition into achievement. Interns learn to apply their academic knowledge to real-world business scenarios and gain valuable hands-on experience.
